Before enrol on the course: you must be at least 10 years old when you start your course & be able to swim competently in open water.
Are you short on time? The PADI Scuba Diver course is a bit like obtaining a learner’s driving permit, but for diving. It’s an intermediate step towards full scuba certification.
Once you are certified:
Scuba Divers & Junior Open Water Divers: may only dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres/40 feet
Open Water Divers are allow to dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters/60 feet, with a PADI Professional (in Egypt)

Adventure Dives: the Advanced course consists of five dives: Deep & Navigation dives are mandatory.
We offer a variety of dives for the 3 elective dives to choose from. But if you are not sure about what to choose, we recommend you Night, Drift & P.P.B. (Peak Performance Buoyancy perfecting buoyancy and preventing damage to corals). That combination we feel cover a wide range of experiences allowing you to enjoy the best of Dahab diving, whilst also gaining vital skills in buoyancy.
PADI Advanced Open Water Course

So now you are a diver & are comfy in the water, it is time to try something even more fun.
Challenge yourself with a night dive? Or maybe you want to be able to use that underwater camera that you bought last summer? Perhaps you want to know more about conservation of the ocean?
The PADI Advanced Open Water Course is the next step after Open Water and gets you familiar with different kinds of diving whilst still under the care & instruction of your PADI Instructor. The course normally takes two days.

PADI Rescue: The minimum age to begin the Rescue Diver Course is 12 years old. You must be least (Junior) Adventure Diver with the Navigation Adventure Dive. You must have taken a recognised CPR & First Aid Course in the past 24 months. The course takes 3 days to complete, plus some self-study.
PADI EFR: you must have an EFR or CPR First aid qualification to certify as a Rescue Diver.
This is a dry course, which can be done over a couple of evenings, which will teach you basic first aid & CPR…you do not need this if you have a current CPR first aid certificate.
PADI Rescue Diver Course
Be a better dive buddy…
The PADI Rescue Course is one of the most rewarding diving courses available. If you are a confident Advanced level diver, & would like to take your diving to a new level, then this is for you.
It takes two or three days during which time you will learn to recognise early panic, help manage an incident & rescue divers from both underwater & on the surface, culminating in a full rescue scenario. The water portion challenges you to react in the right way & to always ‘Stop, Think, Act’. You will learn to help others, but also to take care of yourself whilst diving.
